Website development projects typically have two main components: Web Design and Web Development. Web Design involves creating the initial mockup and layout, while Web Development covers CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solutions, and custom coding (PHP, ASP.net, WordPress).

You are eligible for a full refund of any upfront payment in the following cases:

• You are dissatisfied with the initial design mockup.
• We have not started your project or cannot begin promptly.
• We fail to complete the project according to the specified requirements.
• You choose to cancel the project within 24 hours of making the payment.
• If our project is not completed on time, we sincerely apologize and will issue a refund in advance.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You have approved the design mockup, except if we are unable to complete the project as specified.
• Project delays are due to a lack of communication on your part.

Hosting & Domain Registration

If you request to cancel a service, a prorated refund will be issued if your account qualifies for one. For accounts paid annually, refunds will be prorated based on the monthly rate of the hosting plan.

Please note that domain registration fees are non-refundable.
