Unified Project Management

Development Phase

When analysis of the requirements of each project, breakdown of work structure is complete and plan action is defined. Then development for web development or mobile application development commences. Work is divided into modules based on work breakdown confirmed by our clients. This phase comprises of several steps as discussed below.

  • Data variables, Coding methodologies, and entities are defined in this phase.
  • Backend and Frontend portion are coded simultaneously for each project.
  • Data operation for backend is done manually, by use of predefined data that is identified specifically for testing purposes.
  • Once coding for all modules is complete, system integrators work on them finalizing the final application, and proceed to QA and testing.

 

Monitoring Scope Revisions and Change Requests

Controlling the scope of work for medium size projects in the dynamic field of IT is challenging if not impossible. Thus, we monitor on periodic basis using our predefined processes and documentation at each request we receive from our clients. In order to maintain transparency with our clients and partners, every project manager has to create a change request authorization document and approve it from client. The document contains precise and detailed information about change in scope and whether it will be accommodated with or without addition cost.

Quality Standards and Monitoring.

Dynamic Experts has a team that is dedicated to quality assessment, the quality department is known as Tester zone. These departments is independent from all other department, its crucial at improving resource allocation that affect project costs.

 

Putting Application Live and Deployment.

Working with the environment of a server where an application is going to be hosted, thus from when we commence working on a project we get prerequisites correct according to the updated information of the server. In our possession are various servers configured according to the best industry practice by major host providers.
We prioritize configuring of applications on the serves and put them on live mode. But before putting applications on live mode we do a final check basing on pre-set checklist developed by project managers. Performance and stability checks are done for the application once it’s live, and any issue on the QA process is followed to after the resolution of the issue
